Contribution Of Members To Assets On Winding Up
Every Member of the Organization undertakes to contribute to the assets of the Organization in the event of its being dissolved or wound up while he is a Member, or within one year of his ceasing to be a Member, for payment of the debts and liabilities of the Organization contracted before he ceases to be a member, and the costs, charges and expenses of dissolution or winding up and for the adjustment of the rights of the contributories amongst themselves, such sum as may be required not exceeding the sum of Shillings one Thousand only (KES 1000).
